Bridal Party SashesEvery woman looks forward to her wedding day, but there’s also a lot of stress and anxiety related to the big event. If you have a best friend who is about to get married, then it’s important to give her one last night of fun. That’s what a bachelorette party is all about. It’s a chance for the girls to get together and have wild and crazy times without having to worry about the responsibilities associated with the wedding. It’s a great chance to let loose while doing all sorts of things that you might not ever do again. Why should men have all the fun anyways? There’s no reason why a bachelorette party can be as fun as a bachelorette party, and it’s your job to prove that it’s true. Here are some ideas that you can incorporate into the celebration, and don’t be afraid to modify them to pump up the fun level.

Games – you might be surprised at how many games there are specifically designed for bachelorette parties. You don’t come across these games every day which is why you might not know they exist. But if you take the time to look, you’ll find versions of popular games that you might have played before. The only difference however is they have been modified with a more adult theme that will surely have the girls giggling. There are versions of pin the tail on the donkey, tic-tac-toe, twister, and truth or dare with a bachelorette party twist and a touch of the naughty side. These games are a wonderful way to get the night started so it’s good to have a handful ready.

Dress up – one of the most traditional activities for a bachelorette party is dressing up the bride-to-be, and this is definitely something that your party should feature. You can even turn it into a contest where teens try to come up with the best overall costume. It’s fun to turn it into a fashion show, and even more enjoyable when the whole group goes out into public dressed with all sorts of accessories and decorations. This activity is certainly not for the shy, and you should be prepared to be stared at.

Karaoke – karaoke is becoming one of the most popular activities for bachelorette parties these days. While you can go to a bar, it’s far better to rent a private room at a more upscale karaoke establishment. This way you don’t have to wait in line and you have a complete room all to yourself. You can sing and dance, or you can even take a break from the action by using the TV to watch some of the best romantic movies on DVD. Combine all of these activities with a drinking game, and you have everything you need in one room to have the best party possible.

Scavenger Hunt – this is a more involved activity but it’s an example of how expensive the night can be. There’s no rule that says you have to stay in one place, and with a bit of organization you can plan a really fun scavenger hunt. The great thing about this game is you don’t need any bachelorette party supplies at all. All it requires is a list of challenges and a group of willing girls to complete them. You can have them go across town completing a checklist that might include getting a phone number from a stranger or buying something naughty from an adult bookstore. Make sure there’s a prize at the end of the night to give the girls something to look forward to.
